Piston Names Obele Brown-West VP of Account Management

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- San Diego- and NY-based full-service digital agency Piston has promoted Obele Brown-West from Account Director to VP, Account Management to lead Piston's client services group.

Since beginning her career in communications and marketing more than a decade ago, Brown-West has worked on everything from global brand re-launches to SEO projects and led national and global marketing programs for Fortune 100 and 500 companies and brands such as Cars.com, United Airlines, Mattel, Motorola and Marriott.

A graduate of The George Washington University where she earned a BA in History, Communications and Creative Writing, Brown-West's work has received much recognition, including leading The Week Magazine's launch of TheWeek.com in 2007.

Prior to joining Piston in 2013, Brown-West was an Account Director at mcgarrybowen New York and also worked as a Social Media Instructor at the Miami Ad School in Brooklyn. Brown-West has also held roles at award-winning agencies 360i and iProspect.
