WOODBRIDGE, ON, Nov. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Pivotal Therapeutics Inc. (OTCQX: PVTTF) (CNSX: PVO), a specialty pharmaceutical company with a focus on Omega-3 therapies for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and overall health, announced today that it has extended the closing date of the previously announced (October 2, 2013 and October 7, 2013) debt financing to November 30^th, 2013.
