In addition to hiring 20 new employees in its headquarters, the Denver-based firm also achieved more than 50 percent in revenue growth.
PlanOmatic also expanded on its services and territories in 2015 to include aerial photography, virtual staging, multiple exposure photography techniques and technology integration, which allows firms to connect their platforms with brokerage clients, making the entire process, from start to finish, more seamless. The firm expanded to 26 US states, and continues to work with some of the most prestigious real estate brokerages in the country. Originally co-founded in Michigan in 2005 by Covrigaru, college classmate Aaron Rose and Arie Covrigaru, PlanOmatic marked its 10th anniversary last year. The company also moved its office to 1801 Lawrence Street in the LoDo Business District, an area ripe for business growth in Denver.
Key employee additions in 2015 included a controller/director of human resources, field supervisors to manage the photographer network, a hiring/training team, logistics supervisor and more. In total, 100 photographers are also scattered throughout the country.
