"Her work in promoting healthy eating in the classroom and in the development of Kelli's Healthy Eats, a web-based healthy restaurant guide, gives Kelli valuable experience in the area of nutrition."

"Kelli has been an instrumental and innovative addition to Heartwise Ministries," states Nick Evenson, CEO of Heartwise Ministries. "Her volunteer work and youthful energy has been an inspiration. The web-based restaurant guide and interviews of leaders in the field, including Rip Esselstyn, is one of our websites most frequented pages," adds Evenson.
Kelli, a senior at Girls Preparatory School in Chattanooga TN, has been interested in the nutrition of her own school. Kelli will be organizing chapters, developing a logistical model, and creating a marketing strategy in conjunction with Plant Pure Nation. The chapters' goal will be to improve nutrition on campuses while also addressing environmental and political concerns. "The health of a nation is at stake. Our current health trends cannot be sustained," states Campbell. "We welcome Kelli to the team."
