Pleasant Kids, Inc. Meets Growing Demand for our Product by Adding Livie Water as a Co-Packer in Central Florida

BURBANK, Ca., August 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NYBD Holding, Inc. (OTCPK: NYBD) Pleasant Kids, Inc. (AQUA) America's premium supplier of naturally balanced alkaline water and all natural apple juice for children is proud to announce  entry into a co-packing agreement with Livie Water, Inc. of Orlando, Florida. The agreement will potentially add over 1 million bottles per month to the company's current capacity while decreasing costs and delivery times to the important Central Florida market. The increased capacity is anticipated to go into full production during this quarter. Currently, each one million unit load (depending on product mix) can generate up to $300,000 in additional revenue for the company. Our goal remains to sell a minimum of one million bottles every month.
