(OTC: NYBD) America's premium supplier of naturally balanced alkaline water and all natural apple juice for children is proud to announce that our definitive 14c has been uploaded to the SEC and is available to view on EDGAR. We will also be filing for our name and ticker symbol change with FINRA and have requested the transfer agent certification as part of this process. There is nothing that our shareholders need to do as shares of NYBD will transfer automatically to the new ticker upon completion of the processing by FINRA.

What Happens Next..

Pleasant Kids is currently in negotiations with additional distributors that will broaden our ability to expand into other markets and will be announcing the results of the negotiations in the near future.

We are continuing an aggressive inventory ramp up process. This process is critical to our ability to meet the demands of our growing customer base as well as large supermarket chains.
