PLS Introduces Innovative LeadFORWARD Program

SYRACUSE, N.Y., May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- On the heels of their recently introduced ProductivityMaster and e-book offerings, Baldwinsville, NY-based Productivity Leadership Systems (PLS) is proud to unveil its newest program: LeadFORWARD.

Developed by PLS founder Ralph Simone, and taught by a senior team of Master Certified Executive Coaches, LeadFORWARD  is a one-year program of one-on-one coaching, peer group support, two-day reflective retreats, and focused project work designed to create transformational leaders. 

Built around PLS' 4As of Coaching (Awareness, Alignment, Action and Accountability), LeadFORWARD challenges top executives and small business owners in Central New York to develop a sense of purpose and align it with the overall direction of their team, department or company.  By finding value within their organizations, stimulating provocative dialogue, building effective relationships, elevating trust, and mitigating debilitating stress, these transformational leaders can positively impact their employees, peers, stakeholders and clients.

All LeadFORWARD participants concentrate on four leadership quotients: physical renewal (PLQ), intelligence (ILQ), emotional intelligence (ELQ) and spiritual intelligence (SLQ).
