PLT Health Solutions Aligns Senior Management with Current and Future Growth Opportunities

MORRISTOWN, N.J., March 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- PLT Health Solutions, Inc. announced the appointment of Seth Flowerman as President for the company. It also announced the appointment of Devin Stagg as Chief Operating Officer. Former President & CEO Paul Flowerman will continue to serve as Chairman. The new senior management structure of PLT is consistent with the transition of the company from a supplier of ingredients to a comprehensive solutions development and commercialization partner for consumer products companies in supplements, food and beverage markets.  Seth Flowerman joined PLT in 2010 after the previous start-up he founded was acquired. He was most recently Executive Vice President, where he oversaw PLT's corporate leadership team, corporate strategic initiatives, strategic alliances and oversaw the expansion of the company's international business.

According to Paul Flowerman, Chairman of PLT Health Solutions, the appointment of Seth Flowerman as President is an acknowledgement of his role in the dramatic growth of the company in sales, quality of strategic vision and experienced workforce in the last five years. "Over the past five years, Seth brought his distinctive and informed business vision to PLT, working closely with colleagues and partners to build on our strengths and develop and implement our 2020 Strategic Growth Plan. Devin Stagg: Finance, Entrepreneurial & Natural Products Experience

A member of the company's Executive Team, Devin Stagg will be responsible for leadership and management across the organization in his new position as Chief Operating Officer, as well as driving the organization to achieve sales, profitability, and other business and corporate culture goals. He is also responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that are essential to maintaining PLT's innovation pipeline. Prior to this new position, he was PLT's Vice President, Strategy and Business Development.

Paul Flowerman: 40-year Leader in Natural Products Industry

Paul Flowerman, who is continuing in the role of Chairman of PLT Health Solutions, began working at the company in 1976. He was responsible for transitioning the company from an importer/distributor into an ingredient-based solutions provider to consumer products companies – via partnerships developed with manufacturers around the world. Paul has been a leader and an advocate within the Natural Products in developing many of the standards that are today an increasingly important part of the transparency and quality transformation that is affecting the industry today. Seth Flowerman is the President and CEO of PLT Health Solutions and holds an MBA in Strategic Operations and a B.Sc in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University. Immediately prior to joining PLT Health Solutions, Mr. Flowerman was the President & Founder of Career Explorations, LLC – a staffing firm he formed in 2003 and successfully exited in 2010. He was previously named one of BusinessWeek's 25 Under 25 Entrepreneurs and has been featured in a broad range of publications including Forbes, The Boston Globe, and Yahoo! Finance among others.

Devin Stagg is a graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences at Cornell University where he earned a BA in Economics and is also a graduate of the Program in Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. Among other roles prior to PLT health Solutions, Mr. Stagg worked in equity capital markets for Citigroup Global Capital Markets, advising corporate clients on products ranging from initial public offerings to convertible bonds.
