Plugra® Gourmet Club Chefs Join French Pastry School in Holiday Cookie Exchange

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 19,  2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Plugrá^® European-Style Butter is wrapping up the inaugural year of the Plugrá Gourmet Club by hosting a Gourmet Cookie Exchange with Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer, world-renowned pastry chef and instructor at the French Pastry School of Kennedy-King College. The feature shares everything needed to host an exchange this holiday season.

For this cookie extravaganza, Plugrá reached back into the Gourmet Club cookbook for past chefs' holiday favorites. Chef Pfeiffer shares his secrets for making Christmas Sablés and Rum Truffles. Chef Dominique Tougne of Chez Moi in Chicago offers his Recettes Madeleines. The Malted Strawberry Macarons come from Chef Megan Garrelts of Bluestem in Kansas City, and SAVEUR Magazine shares a Gingerbread Cookie recipe.

Chef Pfeiffer's recipes, drink pairings and party suggestions help create the perfect cookie exchange experience for the holiday season.
