PM Realty Group Taps David Girty for Irvine Office

IRVINE, Calif., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that David Girty has returned to the Company's Western Division office as vice president of Brokerage Services, where he previously spent three years from 1998 - 2001. Mr. Girty will be responsible for leading the expansion of PMRG's Western Division brokerage team.

Mr. Girty brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry throughout Southern California. In the past 10 years, he has successfully completed over 300 sale/lease transactions totaling over 5.5 million square feet, with an aggregate value of over $930 million, and named "Power Broker" by CoStar Group during 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Girty served as Director, Office Brokerage for Coreland Companies with key oversight and expansion responsibilities of the Leasing & Sales Divisional efforts within Southern California. He spent three years at Grubb & Ellis Company where he served as Senior Vice President/ Office Group.  Previously, Mr. Girty served from 2001-2007 as Senior Vice President at Transwestern Commercial Services with overall brokerage & management responsibilities for the Orange County, California office.  David began his brokerage career at Cushman & Wakefield of California.
