PMC Commercial Trust Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend Of $0.125 Per Share

DALLAS, Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PMC Commercial Trust (NYSE MKT: PCC), a real estate investment trust ("PMC Commercial"), announced today that its Board of Trust Managers has declared a fourth quarter 2013 quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share payable on January 6, 2014 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2013.  The dividend is our 80^th consecutive quarterly dividend. 

PMC Commercial primarily originates loans to small businesses primarily secured by real estate.
