PODS®, NFL Buffalo Bills huddle up to support seventh annual Billieve breast cancer awareness program
Moving and storage company will help kick off Billieve week October 19 in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y., Oct. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Storage Mobility, the world's largest independent provider of PODS® moving and storage services, the Buffalo Bills, American Cancer Society, Canadian Cancer Society, Erie County Medical Center, Kiss 98.5, Hard Rock Cafe, Niagara Falls, USA and Old Falls Street, USA will go pink by helping raise awareness of breast cancer during the seventh annual Billieve week kicking off Friday, Oct. 19.
During Billieve weekend, a PODS® container will be completely wrapped in pink (the first ever) and will be placed on Old Falls Street, USA. The inside of the container will feature breast cancer factoids, photos of survivors, prevention facts and an area for breast cancer survivors and their families to sign on. The container will later travel through Upstate New York in the upcoming year for viewing.

Billieve week host the following free events happening on October 19:
- Ceremonial pink lighting of Niagara Falls, 7 p.m.
- Hard Rock's International PINKTOBER living ribbon across the Rainbow Bridge, 7 p.m. Registration begins at 5 p.m. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society and Canadian Cancer Society.
- Grammy Award Nominee Belinda Carlisle performs a free concert at 8:30 p.m. on O'Laughlin Drive, Downtown Niagara Falls, USA.
One out of eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, according to the American Cancer Society. The Billieve campaign was designed as an awareness program to support lives through early detection and to ultimately end breast cancer forever.
