With 20+ years of executive sales and marketing experience, Lebens is responsible for generating strategies for revenue and market growth across the range of PCDS' clinical solutions and services.
Before joining the PCDS team, Lebens held executive level positions with companies associated in the healthcare or biotech industries such as Starkey Laboratories, Graymark Healthcare, QRS Diagnostics, Douglas Scientific and 3M. He also has led national and international teams at Rubbermaid, Taylor Corporation and Fortune Brands (Master Lock).
Career highlights include leading the development of a new 3M product line establishing a new, independent channel of distribution that currently contributes more than $45 million in revenue. He also has led a large customer channel marketing organization with 18 managers, defining the strategy, and leading a customer centric approach with a book of business worth $1.1 billion in revenue. And lastly, he led a $100 million interactive design and development strategy, including the rebranding, strategic marketing plan and market research of an established brand, taking it from a mid-market position to a premium brand increasing sales by 11% nationally.
