WASHINGTON, Oct. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Veteran legal, business and policy professionals Everett Bellamy, Alfonso Fernandez and Mary Arnold announced they have formed a new bipartisan government relations and business development consultancy, Bellamy, Fernandez + Arnold (BFA).
