Pontis has appointed Garrison Macri as Managing Director of the Americas. Mr. Macri was previously Senior Vice President of Sales and Managing Director at Comverse technologies. During his tenure, he managed Sales, Deployment and Service for Comverse's Messaging platforms with a range of Fortune 500 companies, and also managed sales of Pre-Pay and Post-Pay billing systems with key clients. Prior to this, he was Chief Marketing Officer for Eurotel (European Mobile Operator), responsible for product development, pricing, marketing and customer care. Before Eurotel, Mr. Macri worked as Director of Consumer Marketing for O2's UK operation and was responsible for the company's re-branding from British Telecom's BT Cellnet to O2.
