An exclusive pop-up restaurant - The Gold Marque - will take over the historic buildings of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow on Friday 3 July.
Organised by the College's corporate functions arm, Fifteen Ninety Nine, The Gold Marque will provide diners with a three course menu by award winning chef Richie Holmes.
The College has a 400 year history, with former Fellows including Sir Joseph Lister, widely regarded as the father of modern surgery, and David Livingstone, best known for his missionary work throughout the African continent.
Diners will have the unique opportunity of eating within historic rooms, which once hosted these giants of medicine, and experience the sense of history that exudes through the College building.
As one of Glasgow's leading venues for corporate functions, weddings and private dining, Fifteen Ninety Nine is inviting diners to experience the enthralling character and timeless charm our incredible building offers. Enticing dishes include; Maple glazed slice of duck breast with corn custard, duck leg rillette, pickled apple puree, seeds, or, Oven roasted Masala spiced cod with curried cauliflower puree, cauliflower fritters and coriander.
