The eight-episode first season premieres on Oct. 21 with fruitwater® (a great-tasting, naturally fruit-flavored, zero-calorie sparkling water beverage) on board as the exclusive brand sponsor.

Seriously Distracted is a collaboration between POPSUGAR Studios, a leading producer and distributor of online video and television shows for women, and Above Average, the leading premium online comedy network from the Broadway Video family. The series will have massive distribution and reach across POPSUGAR.com, AboveAverage.com, their respective popular YouTube channels, and the POPSUGAR video platform.

Seriously Distracted is about a group of ambitious millennial women working at LeGrande PR, a fictional New York publicity firm that is one celebrity client away from making it big. The women — spurred on by boss, mother, narcissist, and PR legend JD LeGrande — are working hard to sign new celebrity clients, but continuously find themselves distracted with hilarious, pop culture-related digressions--from Tinder to Scandal to James Franco to SoulCycle.

Critically acclaimed actress and comedian Amy Sedaris (from Comedy Central's Strangers With Candy and frequent Stephen Colbert collaborator) top lines as boss JD LeGrande and is joined by a cast that features top emerging comedic talent including Greta Lee (HBO's Girls, FOX's New Girl), Laura Grey, Morgan Grace Jarrett, Cathryn Mudon, and Russ Armstrong. Episodes also include guest appearances that include Kimiko Glenn (Orange Is the New Black) and YouTube star Arden Rose.
