Portuguese CRO KeyPoint Scientific Consultancy Standardizes on DATATRAK eClinical(TM)

CLEVELAND, May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DATATRAK International, Inc. (OTCQX: DATA), a technology and services company focused on global eClinical solutions for the clinical trials industry, today announced that  KEYPOINT GROUP and its affiliate KeyPoint CRO, Lda (KeyPoint) agreed to a 3-year Enterprise License and Master Services Agreement with the Company. Under the terms of the agreement, KeyPoint, a leading Portuguese Contract Research Organization (CRO) and a current member of DATATRAK's CRO Connect Program™, will assume a "full-service" role in designing, testing and implementing its own studies on the unified DATATRAK eClinical™ platform. In addition, KeyPoint will be empowered to conduct its own training for all study-related personnel, as well as providing Portuguese Help Desk services to its clients and sites. In 2009, KeyPoint conducted approximately 45 studies including Phase II to Phase IV clinical trials, Observational and Epidemiological studies.
