SASKATOON, SK May 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) announced that the thirteen nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of PotashCorp earlier today at the shareholder meeting held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
