Sonia Toth is a dual citizen of the United States and Brazil, and has been a licensed Florida real estate agent for over 15 years. Born and raised in Brazil by a family of real estate professionals and investors, Sonia decided to carry on their legacy when she moved to South Beach in 1998. She quickly joined South Pointe Drive Realty where she spent the past 13 years specializing in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach as a real estate professional and investor. Throughout her successful career, she served as a Luxury Real Estate Agent where her client list was comprised of Brazil's most elite professionals. Sonia is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, and is a Certified Luxury Homes Market Specialist. She earned a degree in legal studies from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
An established business entrepreneur and computer software developer, Keith Marks discovered his passion for real estate in 2011 when he joined South Pointe Drive Reality. Marks' utilizes his business expertise to render the financial investment aspects of each deal to buyers and sellers.
