Co-author and Little Black Dress Girl Kathy Burke is a former pediatric nurse at Boston Children's Hospital and Shriners Burn Institute.  Kathy is the wife of a leading orthopedic surgeon and team doctor for the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team.
