CSC's U.S. Government approved FIPS certification lab conducted the extensive FIPS testing and inspection process. The FIPS certification assures the robust cryptographic standards required by federal, state and local governments meet the strict security and compliance guidelines set by NIST.

Pragma FortressSSH is the only secure shell server available today that holds its own FIPS 140-2 certificate for Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008/R2 as issued by NIST's CMVP (Cryptographic Module Validation Program).
