Praxis Solutions Expands Leadership Team, Appoints Charlie Shaffer as Chief Revenue Officer to Lead Distribution Growth and AI-Powered Transformation

A veteran distribution executive with more than three decades of experience, Mr. Shaffer brings deep expertise in sales leadership, capital markets, and building global distribution platforms.

Mr. Shaffer most recently served as President and CRO of TIFIN AMP, leading the firm's distribution growth strategy. He previously headed global distribution at Russell Investments, Voya Investment Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he built and managed high-performing teams at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley.
