Joining the team are Rachelle Wan, Senior Vice President; Dominic Galante, Chief Medical Officer; and Stephen Carter, Vice President.

Ms. Rachelle Wan is responsible for leading the team of payer advisors, which represents more than 200 years of direct experience as payer decision makers. Ms. Wan brings nearly 20 years of experience in the biotechnology, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industries. Prior to joining Precision Advisors, Ms. Wan was with Prime Therapeutics, where she held roles including Vice President of Specialty Pharmacy Solutions, where she was responsible for developing the specialty pharmacy organization, including strategy, physician sales, manufacturer relations, and data analytics, as well as Vice President of Trade Manufacturer Relations. Before her roles at Prime, Ms. Wan was with Amgen, and spent a decade with CVS/Caremark where her responsibilities included clinical program management, account management, marketing, sales, manufacturer contracting, and trade relationships.

Dr. Dominic Galante now serves as full-time Chief Medical Officer for Precision Advisors. In this role, Dr. Galante oversees the implications of payer medical policy across all practice areas within Precision and the ramifications of healthcare provider evolution on life science companies. Prior to joining Precision Advisors, Dr. Galante was Vice President of Medical Quality Management at MVP Health Care where he was responsible for quality initiatives including physician and facility performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement. He achieved these goals with innovative performance-driven contracting and care delivery models, such as pay-for-performance and risk-gain sharing reimbursement models, as well as supporting health exchange plan development. Under Dr. Galante's leadership, MVP Health Care was one of the top-ranked commercial and Medicare health plans in the United States, involved with implementing and overseeing practice transformation for patient-centered medical homes with over 1000 physicians covering 100,000 lives, and supported the implementation of two regional ACO contracts. 

Mr. Stephen Carter joins Precision Advisors to lead client engagements in support of market access strategy, pricing and contracting, and competitive analysis.  Mr. Carter brings more than 18 years of experience in advising pharmaceutical, biotechnology, device, and nutritionals life science companies on product, portfolio, and corporate strategy issues. Before joining Precision, he served in senior roles at Campbell Alliance, Charles River Associates, and Symphony Health, where he led engagements in pricing and access strategy, competitive simulations, commercialization effectiveness and the impact of healthcare reform on managed markets strategy.
