Canfield as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Canfield brings proven success in growing promising young technology companies to maximum market success, particularly those that perform business process outsourcing in a variety of industry segments. Mr. Canfield served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of TALX Corporation from 1988 to 2007. TALX IPO'd in 1996 and in 2007 Equifax purchased TALX where Mr. Canfield remained President and CEO until 2010 when he retired.
