Prior to Symphony, Fulling was the Senior Vice President of Global Business Development for PRA Health Sciences (PRA), a contract research organization that tripled in sales during his tenure. Fulling earned his Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University and Master of Health Administration from Tulane University.
