CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Premara Financial, Inc., the holding company for Carolina Premier Bank, announces the resignation of John S. Kreighbaum, President and CEO of the company and bank, to pursue other opportunities.

Charles R. Davis, Chairman of the Board, Premara Financial, Inc. stated "the company and the bank will immediately commence a search for his replacement. In addition to the duties of Chief Operating Officer, Caryn Johnson will be serving as the interim president".
