Premier Beverage Group Commences Trading

NEW YORK, Oct. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier Beverage Group (OTCBB: DAMH) is pleased to announce the commencement of trading as a public company on the OTCQB Market under the symbol "DAMH".  Premier Beverage Group specializes in the development, marketing and distribution of functional beverages.  Through its subsidiary, OSO Beverages Corp., Premier Beverage Group markets and distributes OSO, a premium energy beverage offered primarily to on-premise accounts, including clubs, restaurants and hotels.

On October 19, 2011, OSO USA LLC ("OSO") merged into OSO Beverages Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of DAM Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Premier Beverage Group.  In this merger, the members of OSO were issued 50,000,000 newly issued restricted shares of Premier Beverage Group's common stock.  Post-transaction, Premier Beverage Group has 61,111,939 common shares outstanding.  As soon as practicable, the Company plans to change its name formally to Premier Beverage Group Corp.
