BROOKLYN, N.Y., Aug. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Gerard Longo, Principal of Madison Estates, and his team announce today a merger with Joseph Sciulara, Founder of Best Seller #1 Properties. Mr.Sciulara brings his 30+ years of real estate experience and his strong reputation within the real estate industry to Madison Estates.

Best Seller #1 Properties will increase the Madison Estates roster by an additional fifteen associates, including Helen Defontes, Mr. Sciulara's long-time sales manager. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Best Seller #1 Properties is added to the list of mergers for Madison Estates, inclusive of which is Coldwell Banker Sure Homes Sale, which merged with Madison Estates in 2011.
