TORONTO, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- This retraction is in regards to a press release issued by Equip-Soft on January 18, 2010 entitled "Top Equipment Dealer on the West Coast makes strategic investment in Equip-Soft Dealer Management Software as Minitrac support finishes".

The title of the release incorrectly implies that the product direction and support for the Minitrac product from Edgerton Corporation is ending.  Equip-Soft has no formal knowledge of Minitrac's product direction and accordingly is in no position to speak to the support of Minitrac or alternative Dealer Management Systems or software for Equipment Dealers.  Equip-Soft apologizes for any confusion.
