Prestige Care Acquires Campbell-Owned Senior Living Communities in Washington and Idaho
VANCOUVER, Wash., Aug. 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Prestige Care, a leader in senior living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, today announced an agreement to acquire four Washington and Idaho communities owned by senior living industry pioneer Carl Campbell. The acquisition, effective this fall, expands Prestige Care's presence in local regions where the Campbell properties are serving community needs.
Prestige will assume ownership and management of independent and assisted living communities and skilled nursing centers in four locations, including:
- Wenatchee, Wash.: An independent and assisted living community, plus a skilled nursing center
- East Wenatchee, Wash.: An independent and assisted living community
- Ellensburg, Wash.: An independent and assisted living community
- Nampa, Idaho: An independent and assisted living community, plus a skilled nursing center

- Karcher Post-Acute & Rehabilitation Center (skilled nursing)
The organization plans to introduce its innovative programs and services at select centers and communities to complement the positive experience current residents and patients know and expect from their care providers.
