Primco Management Inc., and its newly acquired ES Music Label, Announces the acquisition and funding of Music Production and Record Company Top Sail Productions

LOS ANGELES, May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Primco Management  Inc. (OTCQB:  PMCM) the parent company of ESMG Inc., a fully integrated multi-media entertainment company and music label ES Music,  today announced that it has closed and funded the acquisition of Top Sail Productions, a music production company and record label with a multi-year US distribution agreement through WEA, a Warner Music Group Company. Chuck Gullo, a 40-year veteran of the music industry and principal of Top Sail Productions, will continue as Senior Executive Consultant to assist in the operation of Top Sail Productions and other entertainment entities under the Primco Management umbrella.  

Since its inception in 1999, Top Sail Productions has created a decade specific CD series in conjunction with music icon, Casey Kasem. Each CD in the Top 10 hit driven compilation series, titled "Casey Kasem Presents America's Top Ten Hits", contains 20 top ten hits from the 1950's through the 1990's.  Since inception, sales from the Casey Kasem compilation albums have  exceeded two million units ($20 million in revenue), and the CDs continue to sell in the marketplace. Chuck Gullo will stay on to assist the ESMG and PRIMCO team, reporting to David Michery, President and CEO of  Primco Management Inc. Future plans for Top Sail Productions include the launching of the "America's Top Ten Hits" concert series, as well as the development of a new series titled  " The Artist Series".
