About Joe Isgro and Phoenix 51:
Joe Isgro formed his own independent record promotion and consulting firm aptly called, Isgro Enterprises, Inc. At that point, he had already established strong relationships with the heads of every major record label, who depended on him and his companies for the continued promotion and marketing of their previous musical releases. Some of these albums were from artists such as: The Rolling Stone, Michael Jackson. Barbra Streisand, David Bowie, Madonna. U2. Whitney Houston, Bruce Springsteen, Journey, Hall & Oates, Kenny Rogers, Chicago, Patti LaBelle, Phil Collins, Rod Stewart, Janet Jackson and Paula Abdul. Isgro continued to diversify within the music industry by forming Mecca Records & Management, a company that specialized in counseling artists with their contractual negotiations and career decisions. With careful nurturing and personal attention, the management team's focus was to attain success for new and aspiring artists and maintain continual growth for already accomplished acts, including a full service touring department and planned structured domestic and international tours to ensure optimal exposure for his clients. Such clientele included Baha Men, James Brown, ChakaKhan, Rick James, Go West, The Isley Brothers and John Sykes (of Whitesnake). Today Isgro specializes in Urban & Rhythmic Radio promotion, promoting some of today's biggest Crossover Stars through his Phoenix 51 company.
