Priority Income Fund Declares Distributions for July through September 2015

NEW YORK, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Priority Income Fund, Inc. (Priority), announced today that it has declared a series of cash distributions to its shareholders for the third calendar quarter of 2015. The declared distributions equal a weekly amount of $0.02014 per share of common stock. Distributions have weekly record dates and are payable monthly to the stockholders of record as set forth below:

• Distributions for the July 6, 10, 17, 24 and 31 record dates will be paid on or around
  August 3, 2015.
• Distributions for the August 7, 14, 21 and 28 record dates will be paid on or around August 31, 2015.
• Distributions for the September 4, 11, 18 and 25 record dates will be paid on or around
  September 28, 2015.
