Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. Set to acquire controlling interest in Travel Marvelz of San Diego

TIBURON, Calif., May 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. (OTCBB: PVCL), announced today that it signed a Letter of Intent to acquire controlling interest in Travel Marvelz of San Diego, California, for an undisclosed amount.

Privileged will purchase 60% of the Common Stock of the Marvelz issued and outstanding shares. Travel Marvelz is very well suited to help Privileged establish a well-organized and efficient fulfillment center that can supply all Privileged's members and clients with the required travel support necessary to successfully attend to their needs.  

Additionally Travel Marvelz through its proprietary technology and advanced state-of-the-art solutions such as their Internet Booking Engine that provides access to the Airlines Global Distribution System inventory as well as that of Low Cost Carriers, and Direct-Connect airline content. Other technology includes Lower Fare Finder, Credit Card fraud protection program, Sabre Car Rental Engine, and FareGenius among other products.

It is mutually agreed between both companies that Management and staff of Travel Marvelz will remain with the new ownership in their positions and have the same responsibilities previously assigned to them. Also it is mutually agreed between both companies that the Management of Travel Marvelz will be given the task to hire additional personnel to meet the heavily projected demand, in both locations in the California and Utah offices

It is estimated that Travel Marvelz after the acquisition will increase its revenues from $3,000,000.00 annually by 10 times more, based on the projected signed contracts that have been executed and consummated by Privileged.
