Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. to acquire controlling interest in Regency Travel of San Diego

TIBURON, Calif., June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. (OTCBB: PVCL), announced today that it signed a Letter of Intent to acquire controlling interest in Regency Travel of San Diego, California, for an undisclosed amount.

Privileged will purchase 60% of the Common Stock of the Regency issued and outstanding shares. Regency Travel specializes in arranging travel plans and vacations since 1979. Regency is known throughout the industry for its reliability and personal service provided by its staff to all its clients.

Regency Travel opened its doors May 1979 in San Diego Ca. It started as a small travel agency with 1 full time and 2 part time employees. Sondra Glazer became President of Regency Travel in 1989 and is currently the head of the organization. Presently the agency's staff has grown to 6 employees and many independent agents. All the staff is very knowledgeable in travel, and specializes in worldwide tours and cruises.

Regency is known and excels in custom groups of all sizes. It is well known in the industry as the Elite group organizing Travel Company of superior service and well planned vacations of tours, and cruises. Regency is well suited to help Privileged provide its members all facets of travel vacations worldwide.

Regency Travel is a fully accredited member of the following prestigious organizations: American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), Cruise Line International Association (CLIA), Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and California Seller of Travel.

It is mutually agreed between Regency Travel and Privileged that the Management and staff of Regency Travel will remain with the new ownership in their positions and have the same responsibilities previously assigned to them.

It is estimated that Regency Travel after the acquisition will increase its revenues from $2,000,000.00 annually by at least 8 folds, based on the projected signed contracts that have been executed and consummated by Privileged.
