PRMA and Healthcare Innovations & Technologies acquires "eMR Anywhere"

MIAMI, May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Peer Review Mediation & Arbitration Inc. (OTCQB: PRVW.PK), and its wholly owned subsidiaries Healthcare Innovations & Technologies and ProMed Alliance are pleased to announce the acquisition of "eMR Anywhere".

"eMR Anywhere" is an electronic medical record (eMR) system that enables ambulatory care physicians and clinical staff to document the patient encounters, streamline clinical workflow, and securely exchange clinical data with other providers, patients, and information systems. "eMR Anywhere" empowers healthcare providers and patients to access critical information virtually anywhere, anytime.

eMR Anywhere was officially certified on September 30, 2011 and attained Complete Ambulatory EHR certification following rigorous and thorough testing in ICSA Labs ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 EHR Certification Program. This allows physician users to qualify for Hitech rewards/Medicare and Medicaid Incentives which could add up to $64,000.
