Pro-JOBS Act Corporation to Hire 400 Sales Contractors and Give Them Stock Ownership

The company plans to hire 400 commission based independent sales contractors across the country over the next few months to promote its news release service. The sales contractors will also be issued outright common share stock in the parent company, SeedVo Incorporated, giving them ownership stake in a rising startup with no out of pocket investment.

The company will pay sales agents up to 35% commission per sale, but the agent's sales volume does not determine if the shares will be given. Shares will be distributed to each sales contractor by the board of directors as long as the contractor shows active participation under the contract.
"We know that sales can be a demanding position", says Lamb. "That is why we will give the shares to the contractors based on how active they are as well as their sales. We're looking for salespeople but we are also looking for partners and potential company decision makers in this group of new hires. These people will be the backbone of our corporation and they will all entered through the same door. Everyone starts in sales."
Sales contractors are required to have experience in customer service, sales, advertising, marketing or a related field and have access to a computer and phone. Primary consideration will be given to displaced workers receiving unemployment, the long term unemployed and the disabled. The company provides a branded contractor website page, an online 15 minute training video and 24-hr support from its human resources staff. Selected applicants will be notified of acceptance within 2 – 3 days.
