Professional Dynamics/PDI Managed Care Services Reaches Agreement with Advocate Technology Solutions for Medical Management Software

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Professional Dynamics, Inc. (PDI) has adopted Virtual Case Management Software—VCMS®—to support all of its key services. A product of Advocate Technology Solutions, VCMS is an integrative software package that supports both Utilization Review (UR) and Case Management (CM) functions.

Following an exhaustive search of potential solution providers, PDI chose the VCMS software package for its wide range of capabilities. The web-based software demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in streamlining the workflow and documentation requirements at PDI; VCMS features online referral tools, the ability to interface with Claims Payors' systems, support for nurses' and physicians' roles in both UR and CM, and integration with Bill Review and Claims systems with outcomes.
