CHICAGO, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Carl Londe, CEO of ProManage, LLC, is pleased to announce Bill Mills and Patrick Bourbon have joined the company, significantly expanding the capabilities of the firm. Founded in 1998, ProManage provides customized managed accounts, participant advice, plan metrics, and consulting services to defined contribution plan sponsors.

Bill Mills has over 25 years of successful results in employee benefits consulting and management. He was a Department Director at Merrill Lynch, then a Senior Pension Actuarial Consultant with Towers Watson.
Mills was responsible for the marketing and implementation of a new bundled product while at Merrill Lynch, which included the integration of administration, participant services and plan reporting for clients with both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. At Towers Watson, he worked with large organizations designing and improving their pension and welfare benefit plans.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Actuarial Science and Computer Science from Ball State University in 1979.
Patrick Bourbon, CFA, Investment Director
Patrick joins ProManage with almost a decade as a portfolio manager and analyst at UBS Global Asset Management/Brinson Partners specializing in equity markets. At UBS, he specialized in creating and maintaining financial models for use in portfolio management and stock selection.
Bourbon earned his CFA designation in 2003. He received his Masters in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and his Masters in Engineering at Ecole d'Ingenieurs in Paris.
