Raise Brings Prometheum Closer to Launching the First Compliant Blockchain Ecosystem for Digital Asset Securities

The raise was led by international investors, and this latest round of fundraising brings the total investment in Prometheum to over $27 million.

Today's news comes on the heels of Prometheum's recent acquisition, pending regulatory approval, of a licensed broker-dealer and the SEC approval of its wholly-owned transfer agent, Spark Transfer Services.
