Proper Power Announces Receipt of Testimonials in Support of Radiometrics Data Suppliers

TAMPA, Fla., June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Proper Power and Energy, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: PPWE) announced today receipt of written testimonials supporting the Radiometric Plus data surveying techniques the Company uses in its central Utah exploration endeavors.  The basis of the Company's reserve potentials have been based upon Thrust Resource's proprietary hydrocarbon vertical migration measuring methods.  The HVM readings measure the amount of hydrocarbon migration that flows from underground to the surface.  

In a written statement from Warren Geophysical Service of Houston, Texas, WGS stated that it owns "a shared interest in a few producing wells thanks to Radiometrics Plus surveying."

In a second written statement regarding Thrust Resources, Phoenix Oil & Gas LLC of Sandy, Utah states, "Phoenix has known Robert Dunbar and Don Metcalfe, owners of Thrust Resources and the Radiometric Plus (RMP) tool, for approximately two years now.  Since having made the investment and becoming acquainted with Robert and Don, we have watched the wildcat project make not one, but two, new-field wildcat discoveries on an RMP anomaly despite the presence of several prior dry holes in the immediate vicinity."  The statement goes on to describe another successful case study.  "The second anomaly covered an area where Wolverine had drilled one test and missed.  The RMP work showed that Wolverine had drilled just off the anomaly.  Recently Wolverine drilled another well on this anomaly and hit commercial oil near Salina, Utah (early estimates again indicate this could be a billion barrel field).  The third anomaly shown to us by Thrust covered what is now known as the Providence Field near Gunnison, Utah (estimated to potentially hit 2 billion barrels of recoverable oil)."
