
Proper Power Hires Production Advisor
TAMPA, Fla., May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Proper Power and Energy, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: PPWE) announced today that it has engaged the services of Tanel Rashid to serve as Chief Production Advisor. Mr. Rashid, who resides in Houston, Texas, has over forty years of experience in conceptual and design engineering, construction supervision, commissioning start-up and operation of oil and gas pipelines, oil field developments and offshore production facilities.
Mr. Rashid earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a Registered Mechanical Engineer in Nevada and California and a PE in Illinois. Mr. Rashid commenced his oil and gas production career in 1979 and his projects include engagements with Phillips Petroleum, Sweeney, Texas, Qatar North Field Gas Development, the Royal Commission of Jubail, Conoco Oil, Murchison Platform, North Sea, Kuwait Oil Company, Chief Engineer KOC Gas Project, Occidental Petroleum, Piper Platform and Sonatrach, El Paso LNG Project.

Rashid will oversee all production plans and implementations, including drilling RFPs and state and federal unit applications.
