Prosci, a Portfolio Company of Leeds Equity Partners, Completes Acquisition of Being Human

FORT COLLINS, Colo., Dec. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Prosci, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, announced today the acquisition of Being Human Pty Ltd, a Sydney, Australia based change management services firm.  Prosci is a leading international provider of change management training, digital products and service solutions. Being Human has been Prosci's primary licensed affiliate in Australia and New Zealand, and the exclusive provider of Prosci's public training in those regions. The Being Human personnel will join Prosci, helping to expand the brand's global presence. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
