Prospect Holding Company to Hold Bond Investor Call

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Prospect Holding Company, LLC ("Prospect" or the "Company") will report financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 on a bond investor call to be held Tuesday, April 8 at 8:00 am PT, 11:00 am ET for one hour. The earnings call will be conducted via a secured conference call. Authorized bondholders will be provided separate passwords to access both the call and a data room containing the complete financial package. The financial package will be made available on April 7, 2014 by 4:30 pm ET via a secure data room on the Intralinks website at https://services.intralinks.com/login. The financial package will contain a complete set of financial statements and footnotes, along with the Management's Discussion and Analysis and the Investor Relations deck that will be used to facilitate the earnings call.    

Access to the earnings call and the Intralinks data room will be restricted to only the existing holders of the bonds, fixed income analysts, and prospective bondholders who can demonstrate their eligibility.  A separate password will be required to access the financial results and the earnings call. Unauthorized access is prohibited. Bondholders may request access to the earnings call and related documents by completing the Consent Form located on the Bond Investor Relations page of the Prospect Mortgage website at http://myprospectmortgage.com/investor-relations.asp (or the link located in the upper right corner of the Prospect home page http://myprospectmortgage.com/) and submitting the request to [email protected] for approval. Failure to properly submit a completed Consent Form by the deadline of 12:00 pm PT on April 6, 2014 will result in access being denied to the earnings call. Once the earnings call is complete and a validated Consent Form is approved, late providers of Consents will be given access to the Intralinks data room.
