Joyce, President and Chief Nuclear Officer of PSEG Nuclear for a second term as USA Board Chairman, said USA's President and Chief Executive Officer Carl Parry. Joyce has served as chairman of USA since July 2010 and will continue in this role through June 2014.
"I am very pleased the Board unanimously reelected Tom as our Chairman," said Parry. "During the past two years, under his leadership, we have made great strides toward our objectives of performance improvement at all of the stations in our fleet as well as significant economic benefit. This will certainly help ensure we are able to continue our progress."
