3rd Quarter Filing Indicates Increased Value, New Assets and First Revenues, PURE Is Ready for Trading Since the First Phase of Restructuring
LAS VEGAS, Dec. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc., (OTC: OTHMD), formally known as Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp following the merger/acquisition of E-Network de Costa Rica SA ("E-Net"), announced today, that the Company's stock is now available for retail trading – several weeks after PURE completed its initial restructuring phase.

With the merger of E-Net, and in less than 90 days under Mr. Pereira's direction, the Company increased its asset position by more than $2.6M in international real-estate holdings; projecting an anticipated resale value of as much as $4.5M. There has also been a $280k reduction in the Company's legacy debt, and, the Company did in fact secure its first revenues ahead of schedule.
Mr. Pereira's intent is to develop and deploy the most comprehensive online hospitality reservation booking engine in the Central American-Caribbean tourist market. Management indicates that the launch of the retooled FROL (Friendly Reservation Online) hospitality booking engine will be completed prior to the completion of its audit; whereby the Company plans to initiate its second stage restructuring plans – expected to increase investor upside potential.
