Softon ITG Nears Oveedia's Completion

LAS VEGAS, July 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc., (OTC: PNOW) announced today, that the Company will follow TravelPASS Group's lead, electing to align its Central American-Caribbean travel hub with the most extensive visual media syndication network in the world, Leonardo Worldwide Corporation (Leonardo), ensuring extensive digital marketing of the properties listed on the Oveedia Platform.

With clients such as TripAdvisor and Travelocity, Leonardo is the travel industry's trusted provider of technology solutions, which helps manage, syndicate and display visual content. With over 1.5 million visual media files (hotel images and video tours), Leonardo has been the leader in hotel media management and distribution for more than a decade, boasting the largest multi-channel marketing network in the industry. Management expects that through leveraging a relationship with Leonardo, Oveedia should be able to better position itself amongst the very best OTA's in the world, quickly growing its own visual media network and brand. The Company is expected to make a formal engagement with Leonardo now that Softon ITG has brought Oveedia to a near, ready to launch state.

As Softon nears Oveedia's completion and PURE moves to engage Leonardo, the Company's programmers are now ready to integrate the highest quality digital images from Leonardo's library.
