Category-creating sales leader joins ultra-durable brake technology company as it scales across law enforcement, commercial fleet, and OEM markets

Hanson brings three decades of experience building revenue at companies that created their categories through disruptive innovation. Hanson has turned growth stage, founder-led companies into real revenue generators and led major accounts and sales organizations at large public companies. He helped grow Jawbone into a multi-billion-dollar company, creating the Bluetooth audio and fitness wearable categories before either existed; took yurbuds to the top of the fitness-audio market through its acquisition by Harman International; and previously managed Motorola's largest customers as the company came to dominate the early innings of the wireless industry.

Across his career, he's built global sales teams and distribution in nearly 60 countries, spanning robotics, premium audio, wireless power, and SaaS. Most recently, through his own consulting practice, he developed proprietary tools and processes to help organizations transition from legacy sales teams to human-centric revenue-architecture teams that multiply seller productivity.

Hanson joins PureForge at a pivotal moment as it rapidly expands its customer base of law enforcement and public safety fleets.
