
Purgenix, Inc. Acquires Assets of Atlanta Based EnviroMax Engineering, Inc.
Combination Will Create New Opportunities for Clean Air in Hospitals and Buildings
ATLANTA, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Lexington, KY based Purgenix, Inc. announced today that it has acquired substantially all the assets of EnviroMax Engineering, Inc., a co-patent applicant, manufacturer and distributor of the patent pending technology that is the core of the UVC based PurgenixMatrix™. The acquisition further expands the operations of Purgenix into Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina and Alabama.
The acquisition creates the first end-to-end solution for companies focused on delivering healthier air for building occupants, while also providing a green solution that substantially reduces energy consumption, minimizes maintenance costs and extends equipment life. With the combination, Purgenix now represents one of the fastest growing, custom engineered clean air solution providers in the United States and is the leader in the field in Georgia and surrounding states. The combined operations will focus on providing a comprehensive set of solutions for hospitals, hospitality providers, colleges, and other commercial building owners.
